Seminars
The seminars include all services and contents as described for the individual seminars. The online registration is binding and entitles those named to take part in the seminar as soon as Trotec has provided written confirmation by letter (which should not be confused with the copy of the registry form via email) and sent the registration documents and the invoice for the seminar.

Hotel reservations
You may wish to take advantage of the hotel reservation inquiry offer which Trotec offers as part of the seminar registration programme: Trotec will then inquire on your behalf whether there are any rooms available in hotels in and around the location where the seminar is taking place. This service is without obligation and intended as an intermediary service. The inquiry that we direct to the hotels is without commitment, whereby Trotec cannot be made liable for the number of rooms available, occupancy levels or the service provided there. The inquiry will be directed to the hotel of your choice; all other details regarding the hotel reservation, i.e. prices etc. are to be agreed upon with the hotel itself.
Hiring service
Trotec also offers you the option of inquiring on your behalf whether a particular machine can also be hired under the TKL hiring programme. This inquiry is without commitment and should be understood as an intermediary service designed to facilitate proceedings. The inquiry that you submit through Trotec is without obligation and Trotec does not at any time accept liability for stock, availability or the immediate hiring possibility of the machines. Further details will be agreed on in direct proceedings.
Return Call service
The services offered contain no obligation to you and are intended solely as a service to you.
They will entail no costs and you have full opportunity to receive the information you wish at any given time. It goes without saying that all data received will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and kept in safekeeping in accordance with statutory provisions.
